Multilingual Research Portal for All EU Member States
EU Project for Vaccination Access
The "Overcoming Obstacles to Vaccination" project is a three-year initiative funded by the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) on behalf of the European Commission. Its main goal is to identify and address physical, practical, and administrative barriers that hinder vaccination in EU member states, thereby improving vaccination rates.
Improving Access Across Europe
The client has received EU funding for research on vaccination barriers through the EU health program EU4Health, commissioned by HaDEA. One of the main objectives was to create a web portal to inform both professional and general audiences about the findings from the research funded by the European Union.
EU-Wide Multilingual Research Portal
We designed and fully developed a complex portal with a clear information architecture, ensuring that research findings are quickly presented to visitors. Users can efficiently filter all content and easily find detailed information as needed.
On the other hand, the client and their editors can manage content through a simple administration system and work with Europa Component Library components adapted to the project's brand guidelines.
Since all outputs must be accessible to all EU member states, the website is multilingual and translated into all official EU languages.

Strategic Development of an EU-Funded Research Portal
We began by analyzing the client’s requirements and conducting workshops to define functional and non-functional needs, the tech stack, and user scenarios. For strategic reasons, the project was divided into two phases and had a structured project plan.
We developed the presentation web portal, which provides key project information and publishes research findings. As an EU-funded project, the design was built using the Europa Component Library, and the website was developed on Drupal CMS. We've also provided hosting, maintenance, and support services until mid-2025.
A Central Hub for Research and Updates
For the client, this is a new and effective channel for communicating project research findings to experts and the general public. It also serves as a platform for publishing updates, sharing ongoing work, and highlighting key discoveries. It is a valuable source of information.
